Order Processing Policy
Orders will be processed and shipped on the next business day after placement (except for Sundays and
holidays).
Once you have placed your order with NaughtyCakes.com, you may use the website to lookup your
order status at any time using your order number and email address.
The following status codes may be seen:

| Pending |
When you initially place your order with us, we place it in a Pending status. In this
status, you may change your billing or shipping information. You may NOT add to your
order. Once you are satisfied with your order information, you must process your
credit card through our secure server with Verisign Payment Services.

| APPROVED |
Once your credit card information has been approved by Verisign Payment Services, your order will
be put into an "APPROVED" status. This means that we will begin processing your order shortly!

| DECLINED |
In the event that your credit card is declined by your bank, your order willbe placed in a
"DECLINED" status. In this status, you can change your billing information and resubmit the
order for processing (similar to a Pending status).

| Processing |
Once your order has been APPROVED, we will begin processing your order within 24 hours. The
Processing status indicates that we are currently creating your personalized Naughty Cake
decoration!

This status indicates that your order has been shipped via USPS. We will post the tracking
number so that you can track your order as it is being delivered to you!
